• Function packages available 7 days a week.

• Per head packages are required for all functions.

• Venue Hire fees:

Half Venue (Main bar)

Sunday - Thursday: Free (12pm-5pm or 5pm-10pm)

Friday: 12-5pm: Free, 7pm-12am: $450

Saturday: 12pm-5pm: Free [minimum of 40ppl] 

Half Venue (Beer garden)

Sunday - Thursday: Free (12pm-5pm or 5pm-10pm)

Friday: 12-5pm: Free, 7pm-12am: $350

Saturday: 12pm-5pm: Free [minimum of 30ppl]

Full venue (Main bar & Beer garden)

Sunday - Thursday: Free (12pm-5pm or 5pm-10pm)

Friday: 12-5pm: Free, 7pm-12am: $800 [minimum of 80ppl]

Saturday: 12-5pm: $700, 7pm-12am: $950 [minimum of 80ppl]

• Our functions are best suited for bookings of 25-100 people (please email us if your numbers are outside this range, or for any other questions: lyonsdengosford@outlook.com

• A tab (for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) can be set up on the night of function, and can be paid in full at the end of the function by the designated payee.

• Happy Hour not available for functions

• At the time of your event, if your number of guests drops below the minimum requirement,  we reserve the right to open up tables to the public, or charge you a fee.

• Please note, a $200 deposit will be requested at the time of booking, and this will be forfeited if you cancel your booking 2 weeks prior to your event.
